I am a mother of two boys that recently became a widow. I was married for 13 years and with my husband since I was 19 years old. So I am in a place in my life that I never imagined I would be again… Single. I am a Christian that believes the promises God has in store for my life. I have experienced tragedy and loss first hand, but those things don’t define me. I prefer to count them as experiences that build my character and make me a stronger woman. It’s not always easy, some days I find myself flat on my face, but I will always get up and keep truckin! I’m excited for my future, reflect on my past, and will try to be better today than I was yesterday.
